That’s why we’re driving across the country and stopping in 15+ cities to hear from the people in venues who make them happen.

Venue personnel across the country are invited to join a workshop & roundtable discussion in their own city about the future of booking events, marketing events, and managing events. When it’s all said and done, we’ll present the feedback we’ve gathered at this year’s IAVM Venue Connect conference in Nashville.

Meet & Greet

Hang out with others who run venues in your community and get to know each other!

To get our conversation going we’ll ask some questions like this :

  • In your time working in the industry, which booking, marketing, and managing practices have you watched come and go?
  • Where do you see them heading in the future?
  • What drawbacks and benefits have you experienced with the evolution of venue technology?

A brief overview of our findings so far and a glimpse of the evolution we’ve experienced as a venue software company.

What does it cost?

Nothing! This event is free of charge.

How long will it take?

The length of our stops will vary venue to venue, but we’ll generally be around for 2 hours.

Who is EventBooking?

A venue software company that is passionate about events and the venues who make them happen. EventBooking serves over 700 arenas, convention centers, and performing arts centers in 17 countries.

Why is EventBooking doing this?

It’s a great way to be fully engaged and hear first-hand about the direction the industry is headed. And as a company based in Knoxville, TN, it’s not often enough we get to see the people we serve face-to-face.

We’ll be presenting what we learn and the insights we’ve gathered at this year’s IAVM Venue Connect in Nashville. Look for us at booth #344.
