SaaS Software Quality Assurance Lead
EventBooking is looking for a full-time SaaS Software QA Lead! This role is the first in line to troubleshoot potential bugs and log clear, reproducible bug reports. You’ll work with our developers and product team to triage issues and keep all stakeholders informed of findings, as well as establish a timeframe for fixes. Other responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive test strategy that strikes the right balance of manual and automated testing.
Client Success Specialist
The Client Success Specialist is the primary project manager and main point of contact for venue professionals implementing EventBooking’s VenueOps software. The Client Success Specialist establishes a relationship with the client post-sale, performing business analysis, software configuration, establishes workflow and best practices, conducts training, gathers feedback, and ultimately sets them up for long term success.
