Marking his third award won this year, Brian Chia, Director of Client Services at EventBooking, was once again recognized for his customer service efforts. The National Customer Service Association (NCSA) designated Brian as the 2017 Service Person of the Year on Wednesday, April 12th at their annual conference and award ceremony.
Founder and CEO of EventBooking, John Platillero, was recognized on Thursday, March 23rd as the winner of the 2017 Pioneer in Sport and Entertainment Award. The award series, hosted by Sport Entertainment & Venues Tomorrow (SEVT), recognizes individuals who have “greatly impacted the fields of sport, entertainment, or venue management.”
