Kevin Ernsberger plays a vital role at EventBooking—creating and maintaining an exceptional library of reports and dashboards—and to say we’re thankful for that would be an understatement! His positivity and passion for life in general are just a couple things that make him a joy to be around. Get to know him a little better in our latest Coffee & Conversation feature:

Q. Describe your “perfect” meal, complete with dessert.

A. My perfect meal would be a thick Filet Mignon cooked medium rare with fresh grilled vegetables followed by any dessert (my sweet tooth does not discriminate against any dessert).

Q. What’s something about you that might surprise people?

A. I play in the local MGA chapter (Mediocre Golf Association).

Q. What’s something you know more about than most people?

A. At one point in time in my childhood I could recall just about any baseball statistic for the current season, but as I’ve grown wiser, I know that I do not know more about anything compared to others.  I often research things to only find out that I was wrong.

Q.What is one of your favorite places that you’ve traveled to? Why?

A. Vienna, Austria. I’ve lived there (short term) on 3 occasions and always want to go back. Whether it be for the history, the beauty, the food or the friends I made there.

Q.What’s your favorite movie? Favorite book (or favorite Artist/Band)

A. My all-time favorite movie is Gladiator because of the cinematography.  My favorite book(s) is the Harry Potter series.  My favorite artist/band is Mumford & Sons.

Q. If you could have dinner with one person (living or dead) who would it be?

A. Someone along the lines of Steve Jobs or any other innovator whose vision for products simply change the world.

Q.What’s something you’re passionate about?

A. Taking life 1 day at a time and appreciating each and every one of them.

Q. What’s something you would tell yourself 10 years ago?

A. Life is going to happen, whether it’s good or bad, find  joy in it.

Q. If you could master one skill you don’t have right now, what would it be?

A. I would love to be able to play guitar (or any musical instrument).  I have what I call Athletic coordination, but not musical coordination or rhythm.

Q. What are your personal hobbies?

A. DIY projects involving wood and home improvement.

Q.Who inspires you?

A. I get inspiration from everyone.  I look at positive qualities of people all the time.

Kevin, it’s an absolute honor and joy to have you at EB!
