A. When user accounts are created within VenueOps, they will be assigned a role or multiple roles. This gives the user access to specific features or data. Related databases are encrypted at rest and backed up daily to multiple data centers. The application secures data in transit to and from the customer over the internet with the latest industry-standard encryption protocols.
