Client Success Specialist:
Client Success Specialists are the main point of contact for venue professionals adopting and using our software. After a new sale is made, the Client Success Specialist establishes a relationship with the client, consults and establishes product workflow and best practices, sets up the account, trains the users, gathers feedback, and ultimately sets them up for long term success. If you have strong project management skills as well as an ability to understand and articulate technical concepts, this position could be a great fit for you!
Client Success Technician:
Client Success Technicians communicate with and assist our clients through support tickets, emails, and phone calls. Clients choose EventBooking because they can pick up the phone and talk to humans without phone trees, lengthy hold queues, or extra fees—so if you enjoy exceeding expectations and making the workday of our clients that much better, this could be the position for you!
Software Integration Engineer:
We are looking for a highly motivated developer to be directly involved in custom data conversion, ETL, and integration projects for our VenueOps product. We deliberately designed VenueOps to not try to do everything our clients could possibly need. Instead, we have developed a framework to allow our clients to use it alongside other best-of-breed products and be able to exchange data seamlessly between them.
