Brian and I just finished up our second and final day of training in Columbus, GA, with the Columbus Georgia Convention and Trade Center. The Convention and Trade Center is on the banks of the Chattahoochee River in the Columbus Iron Works plant — a National Historic Landmark — and hosts a large amount of civic, social, and trade show events every year.
The small staff at the convention center was delighted to see the amount of time that we would be saving them! Before coming on board with EB, the staff at the convention center had been manually filling out excel documents, which have now been replaced using custom reports that pull information from our Inventory Module. They’re now able to run their essential forms directly from the event details page in EB! They will also be able to track sales and distribute event reports, which are key to their operation.
We can’t thank the staff at Columbus enough for allowing us the opportunity to come and learn about the day-to-day operations at the Convention and Trade Center, giving us the ability to help build a more efficient work flow internally. Gaining a better understanding of how our clients do business is essential to the core of EventBooking, and without onsite visits/trainings like this we would lack the insight that keeps us strong and ever-evolving.
