Our nation-wide road trip & celebration of venues, the Road to VenueConnect, started in our very own hometown of Knoxville, TN. Here’s a snapshot of our visit:
Between the Tennessee Theatre, Bijou Theatre, Knoxville Convention Center, and Thompson Boling Arena—Knoxville sees it’s fair share of incredible shows and events. But they don’t materialize out of thin air. Scores of people work day-in and day-out to make great events happen in our city—which, at times, can be a thankless job.
In an effort to say “thank you” and celebrate the great venues of Knoxville, TN, we hosted our inaugural workshop discussion at the Knoxville Convention Center. It was the first of many we’re conducting in venues across the country, as we engage personnel from each about the ever-evolving technology used in venues. Our goal is to listen, learn, and gather insight as to how we can be serving the industry better as a venue software company—and celebrate as many venues along the way.
A big thanks to the Knoxville Convention Center for being such an amazing host for this event…we couldn’t have asked for a better start to our journey!
