7:45 am go.smgbooking.com is back up and you are able to access the application. We are currently doing further testing to ensure that all is well.

7:15 am This morning we did a quick release to address an encoding error which was preventing a report from being edited. We are having post-release issues with go.smgbooking.com and are currently rolling back upgrades to that instance. It should be available shortly.

We will reboot select servers early tomorrow morning to apply a configuration change. This will require downtime of about 15-20 minutes. We will begin this process at 6 AM EDT and it should be complete no later than 6:30 AM EDT. We have sent an email to affected users on our Tech Update list.

6:55 am EDT  We are bringing the last of the applications online. Several instances are still being restored and will be available shortly.

5:45 am EDT   We have completed testing on the first app and are now restoring and bringing the other apps online.

From 3am to 7am EDT we will be completing the North American server upgrades, and all North American applications will be offline during that time. We will update this page when the process is complete.
